A Mino Prime 8-9 oz. Filet is versatile and can be cooked a variety of ways, I prefer to grill on high heat for 2 minutes each side. A Filet is lean so the excess fat that causes a nice flare up on the grill to create a charred crust is harder to achieve, using a binder like olive oil and season with salt will help. Or throw it on the coals directly if you can, the char and flavor is outstanding.
