What locations do you ship to?
We are currently offering shipping to the continental US! We package & ship orders to every state but transit time will vary from location to location. We do not ship to PO Boxes and accept no liability if you place an order to be shipped to a PO Box.
When are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped each week, Monday through Friday. Yes, we do ship over the weekends.
What if I order cold or frozen items?
For cold or frozen shipments, we add enough dry ice and/or cold gel packs to ensure the product arrives at the right temperature!
When do you ship orders?
We typically ship packages within 24 - 48 hours from an order being received, but this is not a guarantee. In some cases, our distributors may have delays which can cause an order to be delayed a few days. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within a few days of your order being place, please reach out to our customer service team via email of by phone to learn the status of your order.
How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 1-3 business days, but orders may take up to 5 days to deliver. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance or natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order. Every order is ensured, if your package does not arrive you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to ship your order. You will also receive emails when your package is out for delivery and has been delivered. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get lost in transit, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package and full tracking. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Extended Delays
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
