Cooking Instructions:
For best results, cook these raw Hokkaido scallops quickly to preserve their delicate flavor and tender texture.
Pan-Seared: Heat a little butter or oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the scallops lightly with salt and pepper. Sear for 1.5-2 minutes per side until they form a golden-brown crust and the inside is opaque and tender.
