Our All-Natural Small Chicken Leg Quarters are cut from young frying chickens (4.5 lbs and under) to ensure tender, flavorful portions with a natural balance of meat and bone. Each piece is blade-cut for accuracy and safety, providing 100% usable leg quarter parts.

Packed 4/10-pound vacuum-sealed poly bags for a net case weight of 40 lbs, this product is ideal for family-style meals, buffets, grab-and-go offerings, and breaded or fried applications. The random portion sizes allow for flexibility and portion control while helping manage food costs.

Vacuum packaging keeps the product fresh for up to 14 days from pack date under proper refrigeration (28–34°F). Once opened, use within 3–5 days, or freeze on day 10 to ensure safety and quality.

Cooking Instructions:
Cook raw poultry to an internal temperature of 165°F, measured at the thigh bone.
