Sysco Classic Roasted Halal Chicken Breast Skewers are a convenient, fully cooked protein option, perfect for a variety of menu applications. These high-quality skewers save time and labor while ensuring portion control, food safety, and consistent quality. Made with Halal chicken breast and featuring a delicious roasted flavor with visible grill marks, they are ideal for center-of-plate meals, appetizers, or wraps.

Each case contains 80 skewers (two clear bags of 40 skewers each), with each skewer weighing approximately 1.5 oz. A serving size consists of two skewers (85g), providing 40 servings per case.

Preparation Methods:

• Oven: Preheat to 400°F (200°C), place 6 skewers on a tray, and heat for 13-14 minutes, flipping halfway.
• Grill/Broil/BBQ: Preheat to high heat and cook for 5 minutes, turning once.
• Microwave: Heat 2 skewers on high for 1:30-2 minutes (adjust as needed).

Storage & Shelf Life:

• Keep frozen at -4°F to -18°F.
• Best used within 365 days of manufacture.
• Thawing before heating is optional but reduces cook time.

For cold or frozen shipments, we add enough dry ice and/or cold gel packs to ensure the product arrives at the right temperature!
