Schulstad's Mini Danish Selection contains five different varieties of authentic European Danish. Each Danish is made with 24 delicate layers of buttery pastry dough and has its own unique shape and flavor including Mini Cinnamon Swirl, Mini Raspberry Crown, Mini Maple Pecan Plait, Mini Vanilla Crown, and Mini Apple Coronet. The Mini Danish Selection works perfectly as an indulgent, yet permissible anytime treat for a variety of taste preferences. • Each layer of 24 is pillow-packed to maintain product quality • 1.5 ounces mini Danish • Baked weight is 1.2 ounces • One Mini Danish • Pre-proofed, frozen dough • Datem-Free, • Non-GMO per EU regulations • Preheat oven to 360 degrees F (convection oven) of 410 degrees F (rack oven). Remove desired product from case and place on paper-lined sheet pan. Leave 1 - 1/5" between products. Return case to freezer. Do not thaw. Bake for 18- 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven. Drizzle Mini Maple Pecan Plait. Let cool for 15 minutes. At Easy Lunches, we take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Fresh and frozen goods are packed in cooler boxes with gel packs or dry ice, depending on your order. Dry goods are shipped in durable corrugated boxes for ambient temperature delivery.

For cold or frozen shipments, we add enough dry ice and/or cold gel packs to ensure the product arrives at the right temperature!
