Garlic Butter Shrimp
Prep Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 10 mins | Serves: 2–3
- 1 lb shrimp
- 3 Tbsp butter, 3 cloves garlic, juice of ½ lemon, parsley
- Melt butter and sauté garlic 1 min.
- Add shrimp and cook 2–3 mins per side.
- Finish with lemon juice and parsley; serve over pasta or rice.
