Classic Buffalo Wings
Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 40 mins | Serves: 6
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- ½ cup hot sauce
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- Celery sticks
- Blue cheese dressing
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C). Line baking sheet with foil and rack.
- Toss wings with salt and pepper. Bake 20 mins, flip, bake another 20 mins until crispy.
- Melt butter with hot sauce and vinegar. Toss wings in sauce and serve with celery and blue cheese dressing.
